Start with workflows. The ‘hello world’ of programming languages. Resist the temptation to jump into creating AI Agents. Remember, you have to learn to walk before you can run. It will be difficult to learn how AI Agents work if you do not know the fundamental structure of workflows. The underlying plumbing of AI Agents are workflow. Therefore, you need to learn how the foundation is built and then once that is mastered, start building on top of the foundation, the AI Agent.
