Stop patching old pipes. Replace them once.
Many Valley homes built in the 1950s and ’60s still run on their original galvanized steel pipe, which rusts from the inside out. When leaks become a pattern, repiping ends the cycle.

When it’s time to call
- Water pressure that keeps getting weaker
- Brown or rusty water, especially after you’ve been away
- Pinhole leaks, more than once
- Visible rust or corrosion on exposed pipes
- A house full of patches from past repairs
- Original galvanized pipe in an older home
How we handle it
Walk-through and written quote
We look at the whole system, not just the latest leak, and give you a written price for the full job.
Plan it with you
Which walls get opened, which days the water is off, and how we keep your household running.
Replace and connect
New supply lines run to every fixture, then the whole system is pressure-tested.
Inspection and wrap-up
We arrange the inspection where your city requires one and explain exactly what patching remains.
Living through a repipe
- Most families stay home during the work.
- We plan the job so you aren’t left without water overnight wherever possible.
- Openings are kept small and located where the pipes run.
- Floors and furniture are covered where we work.
PEX
- Flexible plastic tubing that bends around corners
- Fewer fittings, so fewer places to leak
- Usually needs less wall opened up
Copper
- Rigid metal pipe with a long track record
- Stands up well to heat and sunlight where exposed
- Usually more fittings and more labor
We’ll recommend one for your house and explain why — and price the other if you’d like to compare.
Common questions
Do I have to move out?
Usually not. We plan the work so water is off for as little time as possible.
How much wall do you open?
Small openings where the pipes run and at each fixture. PEX usually needs fewer openings than copper because it bends around corners.
Can I just replace the worst section?
Sometimes, and we’ll say so if it makes sense. But when pipe of the same age is failing in several places, sectional repairs tend to turn into a series of bills.
